FREEPORT AREA MIDDLE SCHOOL SKI & SNOWBOARD CLUB 2026
              

We are planning two trips to Hidden Valley this year.  The trips are tentatively scheduled for two Fridays: Jan. 23rd & Feb 6th.  The trips are Friday evening after school.  The bus leaves at approx. 2:15pm and returns around 11:00pm.  Transportation from the middle school to your home is the responsibility of the parent or guardian.  If the first trip is postponed, it will take place on Feb 6th and the second trip will be canceled. Trip registrations will be handled digitally through the links below. We will need a signed Field Trip Consent Form for each trip. Students that are renting or taking a lesson will need to fill out a waiver form as well.  These documents are all linked below.

Middle School Ski Club General Information 2026 - Please Read before filling out the trip registration

*Trip 1 Registration Form - Trip is on 1/23/26. All signups/monies are due by 1/14/26.  If this trip gets postponed, it would take place on 2/6/26, and the 2nd trip would be canceled.   

*Trip 2 Registration Form - Trip is on 2/6/26 . All signups/monies are due by 1/28/26. This trip will be canceled if the first trip is postponed. 

*Students will not be registered until the form is completed digitally, a Field Trip Consent form and all monies are submitted to Mr. Cartiff 

Field Trip Consent Form for Trip 1 - This needs to be filled out for all students for the 1st trip

Field Trip Consent Form for Trip 2 - This needs to be filled out for all students for the 2nd trip.

Hidden Valley Safety Waiver Form - This only needs to be submitted for students who are renting or taking a lesson.  It must be physically signed.
