FREEPORT AREA MIDDLE SCHOOL SKI & SNOWBOARD CLUB 2025
              

We are planning two trips to Hidden Valley this year.  The trips are tentatively scheduled for two Fridays: Jan. 24^th & January 31^st.  The trips are Friday evening after school.  The bus leaves at approx. 2:15pm and returns around 11:00pm.  Transportation from the middle school to your home is the responsibility of the parent or guardian.  If the first trip is postponed, it will take place on January 31^st, and the second trip will be canceled.    Trip registrations will be handled digitally through the links below. We will need a signed Field Trip Consent Form for each trip. Students that are renting or taking a lesson will need to fill out a waiver form as well.  These documents are all links below.

Middle School Ski Club General Information 2025 - Please Read before filling out the trip registration

*Trip 1 Registration Form - Trip is on 1/24/25. All signups/monies are due by 1/15/25.  If this trip gets postponed, it would take place on 1/31/25, and the 2nd trip would be canceled.   

*Trip 2 Registration Form - Trip is on 1/31/25 . All signups/monies are due by 1/22/24. This trip will be canceled if the first trip is postponed

*Students will not be registered until the form is completed digitally, a Field Trip Consent form and all monies are submitted to Mr. Cartiff 

Field Trip Consent Form for Trip 1 - This needs to be filled out for all students for the 1st trip

Field Trip Consent Form for Trip 2 - This needs to be filled out for all students for the 2nd trip

Hidden Valley Safety Waiver Form - This only needs to be submitted for students who are renting or taking a lesson.  It must be physically signed.
